Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items (except personalized orders) within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Products that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at woodglueny@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely and send it back within the timeframe provided.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake or defective product, we cover return shipping.
If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that all customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order has been created to your specifications, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.
